Stop Questioning. Start Doing.
Stop Questioning. Start Doing.
I began my own fitness journey in 2020. I had spent years feeling uncomfortable in my own body — both in how I felt, and how I appeared, and not just in an athletic sense. Up until then, I was deeply closeted. I soothed my own emotions with food. This became a vicious cycle. I took action in 2020, and healed my relationship with myself, my identity, and my body as I lost over 65 pounds. I maintained my weight-loss for 4 years, before beginning my own bodybuilding journey in December of 2024. Since then, I have become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and began working with clients locally in Brooklyn, NY.
My goal as a personal trainer is to help serve the queer community find affirmation in the gym. The gym can be an overwhelming place to navigate on your own, especially for the LGBTQ+ community. Allow me to be your go-to gym buddy, confidante, and coach. No matter your goal, whether it’s to feel stronger, lose weight, broaden your shoulders — I want to work with you to get you those results.
How We Will Work Together
-

Personalized Programming
We will meet to discuss your fitness and nutrition goals. In our initial meeting, we will go over what equipment you have access to, how often you can train, and more. I will then design your personalized training program.
-

Access and Communication
You will have access to connect with me daily as your coach. Have a quick form question? You’ll be able to send me a message, and I will get back to you within 24 hours. You will receive your programming through TrainHeroic, which we will be able to communicate through.
-

Checking In
Once you’ve started the program, it’s relatively hands-off. We will have a check in meeting with each other bi-weekly through Zoom. In these meetings, we will discuss workouts, nutrition, goals, etc. During these meetings, you also have the option to submit physique check-ins for us to go over any physical changes that you are hoping to see.
